We sharpened GoPuff’s voice and visual identity into something direct, honest and unmistakably itself. A tone built to cut through the competition and feel human at scale as they brought their service to new audiences and markets.
Problem The GoPuff design team was preparing to scale their brand and product into 650+ U.S. cities but lacked a brand and campaign system capable of supporting that growth.
Solution We built a brand identity to reflect Gopuff’s magic approach to common experiences. The new system included a comprehensive design toolkit for both digital and print applications.

Strategy We focused on building a system, not just a campaign, bringing a consistent bold brand tone and voice to every Gopuff brand moment big and small. The result was a flexible system with a clear and distinct feel.

DESIGN SYSTEM The Gopuff brand system developed internally with other agencies input features bright, appetizing product photography and colorful backgrounds that bring the brand to life in delicious, unexpected ways. We helped systematize and localize the roll out.

Cities across the U.S. and Europe Gopuff expanded in 2021 following the refresh to service and operate within.

GoPuff launched in 2013 with the promise of delivering anything to your door within minutes. Company Policy worked with the in-house Gopuff creative team to bring a brand refresh to fruition as GoPuff expanded it’s reach globally. We aided the team in evolving the brand and built campaign concepts and assets over a one-year relationship.
During our engagement the brand launched in 26 new U.S. markets and added over 500 markets globally carrying the new brand system. With over 10,000 SKUs that they carried and delivered, we helped them develop a system for shooting photography and rotating them out in marketing materials.
The new visual identity featured a clean but playful combination of color, type, photography and tone of voice that celebrated Gopuff’s unique ability to make magic out of the everyday and transform common transactions into experiences.
